Landfall is a traditional terraced fishermans cottage set in Island Road, in the popular Down long area of St Ives with its maze of streets and lanes. It is only yards from the famous surfing beach of Porthmeor where you can learn to surf, the smaller beach of Porthgwidden and the grassy island with St Nicholas Chapel. The town is full of character studded with art galleries and an abundance of places to eat. The working harbour is a hive of activity offering scenic boat trips, diving lessons and fishing trips.
Accommodation
Stable door leads to lounge with white wood panel walls, beamed ceiling, electric coal effect fire. Steps down to a lounge/diner with Italian tiled floor. Stairs to three bedrooms, all with wash basins, two doubles and a room with twin beds. The bathroom has a shower over the bath, toilet and WHB.

Colour TV, Video, Electric cooker, Microwave oven, Fridge, Washing machine, Tumble drier, Duvets (no bed linen but can be hired from Rainbow Hire 01736 797070), Highchair, Storage heating , No parking but public car park where you can buy a weekly ticket 25 yards away. This ticket enables you to use any long stay car parks in Penwith Council area. £100 Damage deposit payable when booking and refundable after satisfactory inspection. Shops/Pubs 150 yards, Beach 50 yards, NON SMOKING PROPERTY. Friday - Friday changeover. |
